Riverina Regional Library is an industry leader, participating in state-wide projects and policy development and introducing a range of service and technology innovations. Most recently, the library has recognised the need to redirect its efforts to achieve better customer service provision.
 
This has required changes aimed at freeing staff to spend more time with patrons. With its proven ability to dramatically improve back office efficiencies and customer service, Riverina Regional Library views RFID technology as an integral part of its evolving service.

Increasing demand for its services coupled with providing enough staff resources to run programs made RFID the clear choice for the Bayside Library Service.

With implementation now complete, staff are already spending more time with patrons and the library is preparing to ramp up its range of programs over the next 12 months.
